Privacy Policy

SNS Media Entertainment (S&S Media Ent LLC) makes games, including Photo Proof — Party Game and Tide Rise: Block Puzzle. This policy explains what our games do with your information, in plain terms.
The short version: we do not collect personal information ourselves. Our games have no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of ours that receive your information. Some of our games show ads from Google AdMob, and Google may collect some information about your device to show and measure those ads, as explained below.
Photo Proof — Party Game
Photo Proof never requests access to your photo library, never uploads anything, and never sees your camera roll: the photos you show the group stay on your phone, in your hands. Your settings and purchases are remembered on your device only.
Photo Proof offers optional in-app purchases (such as the Full Game Unlock and extra editions). Those purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment details.
Ads (version 1.2 and later). If you play the free version, Photo Proof may show one full-screen ad per session, only in the break after a game ends and before the next one starts. Ads never appear during a round or when the app opens. The Full Game Unlock removes ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob (see Ads from Google AdMob). Photo Proof does not ask to track you, so your device’s advertising identifier is not shared with Google.
Tide Rise: Block Puzzle
Tide Rise saves a few things on your phone so the game remembers them between plays: your best scores and longest journey; your progress (level, postcards collected, power-ups, trophies, Daily Tide streak and daily missions); a game you left part-way, so you can resume it; your settings (sound, music, colour patterns, Reduce Motion, block style); and whether you have played before, so first-time tips show only once. This information stays on your device; we have no server that receives it.
The free iPhone app shows full-screen ads from Google AdMob between games, never during play, and offers optional ads you choose to watch (for a second chance after a flood, or an extra power-up); see Ads from Google AdMob. The first time you open the app, iOS asks whether Tide Rise may track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. Your device’s advertising identifier is shared with Google only if you allow it; if you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, you still see ads, but not ones based on tracking. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Tide Rise asks for your consent through Google’s consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later.
Game Center (optional). If you are signed in to Apple’s Game Center, your scores and trophies are sent to Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards, and the game can show your Game Center friends’ scores. This is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can turn Game Center off, or choose who can see you, in Settings → Game Center on your iPhone.
No Ads (optional purchase). A one-time in-app purchase turns off the ads between games. It is processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details, and the app only learns whether your Apple ID owns it.
Tide Rise has no accounts of its own and no chat.
Ads from Google AdMob
Where our games show ads, they are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them, and prevent fraud, Google’s software in the app may collect information such as:
- your device’s advertising identifier, only where described above;
- device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, language);
- your approximate location, worked out from your IP address;
- how you interact with ads (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped);
- diagnostic information about how the ads performed.
This information is collected and used by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy, not by us. We do not receive personal information about you from Google; we see only overall totals, such as how many ads were shown. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services, and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. You can change tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, or location.
- We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services of our own.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our games, contact us at the address below.
Your rights and choices
Because we do not hold personal information about you, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or change. To remove a game’s data from your device, delete the app. If you live in a region with data protection laws (such as the GDPR in the EU, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA in California), you can use the choices above and Google’s own privacy tools for information Google collects through ads.
Changes and new games
When we release a new game or change what a game does with information, we will update this page before or at launch and change the “Last updated” date above.
